We start with a kick-off call to get to know each other and check we are the right fit.

If you have a brief already - great! If not, we will send you a comprehensive questionnaire to fill out to ensure we have all the information we need about your project

We spend a lot of time ensuring the foundations of your website are strong - this includes a thorough audit of the existing or anticipated content and mapping out user journeys.
Once you know what content you have (or need), it's time to optimise it with the help of one of our expert SEO specialists.

Whether you have an existing visual identity or we are creating one for you, we will use this as the blueprint for the look and feel of your website.

Once the sitemap + design is approved, we get to work on the structure and hierarchy of individual pages.

Once the wireframes are signed off, we can get to work building the site and adding your content. We use Squarespace for its lovely range of templates and easy customisation.

We test the site thoroughly to check it works across different browsers + devices.

Once you are happy with the website, we ask for written approval to sign off the project for launch.

Depending on your package, we will hand the site over to your in-house IT team or help you launch the site yourself. The project is finished!
