We start with a kick-off call to get to know each other and check we are the right fit.

If you have a brief already - great! If not, we will send you a comprehensive questionnaire to fill out to ensure we have all the information we need about your project

We get to work! We will usually send you 3 design concepts and moodboards to choose from. Timelines will be agreed upon in advance, so expectations can be managed.

We welcome ALL your thoughts, as this is a highly collaborative process. The more information you can give us, the better.
All projects include up to 3 rounds of amendments; any changes requested beyond this point will be charged at an hourly rate. We find this is the best way to prevent the dreaded scope creep

Once you are happy with the work, we ask for written approval to sign off the project for print and/or delivery.

All digital assets will be transferred to you and/or any printed items delivered by the suppliers. The project is finished!
