Richard Blurton is a respected scholar and former curator at the British Museum, who commissioned us to design a website to showcase his extensive biography and continuing research interests.

Richard required a design that communicated his experience and knowledge, and had a well-established, traditional look and feel. We used Garamond to signal his academic background, and a warm, earthy colour palette evocative of his frequent travels to the Indian sub-continent.
