Here are all the details for the event.
Date: Friday 30th October 2026
Time: 2-4pm
Location: The Stables Wellbeing, First Floor, 1 North Street, Bromley, BR1 1SB
PLEASE NOTE, there are stairs up to the workshop venue and unfortunately no disabled access.
What to wear: Use of messy materials is optional, but if you want to experiment with media such as watercolours or alcohol pens, you may prefer to wear old clothes, or use the aprons provided.
What to bring: Please bring this email confirmation with you; all materials are provided.
Refreshments: Hot/cold drinks & biscuits are provided. Please let us know of any allergies by 28th October 2026.

This event is for parents/carers and their children to spend time together in a calm creative atmosphere.
We will play with different art techniques & materials with a focus on mindful co-creation, rather than adult supervision, so you BOTH leave feeling refreshed & energised.

This session is specifically for parents/carers & their children and is suitable for ages 6+.
No unaccompanied under-18s will be admitted.

Yes; please contact us before booking to discuss any accommodations they may need.

No, this is not a drop-off event.
You will be co-creating with your child/children – chatting, sharing ideas, experimenting, and producing something you have both contributed to.

We have a low adult to child ratio to keep the event quiet & focused.
However, you are responsible for your child/children’s behaviour and whilst we do not wish to exclude anyone, if they disturb others excessively, you may be asked to leave or take a break.

No, advance booking is required.
This is to ensure we don't exceed the room's capacity or negatively impact the calm and quiet experience.

We play with blind drawing, collage, mindful patterns & watercolour.
But the sessions are not really about perfecting techniques; they are about learning to slow down, unwind and be in the moment.

None whatsoever, you will be guided through all activities.
The aim of the workshop is not to produce a 'perfect' piece of art, it is to enjoy the act of creating something together and feeling the soothing effects of playing with materials and processes.

Materials will be provided, along with aprons if you wish, although you may prefer to wear old clothes if you don’t want to get too messy.

There will be hot & cold drinks and biscuits & fruit available.
Please let us know of any allergies or intolerances by 29th October 2026 otherwise we may not be able to accommodate them
